Graduation ceremony 2024

Graduation ceremonies 30-31 May 2024

Below you will find information about which programmes have closures in the summer of 2024 and what times apply.

Registration and number of guests:

Registration must be made by all students who will participate, no later than April 30.

Via the form, the student registers if they bring any guests to the ceremony. There is a maximum number of guests due to the size of the venue/safety.

We will broadcast live on YouTube and in the The Corridor Outside the Alberts Hall, so guests who cannot participate on site or who can not fit inside the room, can attend digitally.

After the ceremony, everyone has the opportunity to mingle and celebrate with the students on campus. There will be a photo wall for anyone wanting pictues taken.

There is no guest limit and you do not need to register that you are attending the mingle after the ceremony, only during the ceremony.

For students

All students who participate must be on site for 10 minutes before their graduation ceremony, to be part of a procession that enters the Albert Hall together.

The assembly point is outside the Albert Hall, closest to the exit towards the train station and corridor J.
