“After my doctoral studies and recent organizational changes,  I have started working at the Research department for Product research. I get to work closer to long-term goals from a model-based engineering approach in this job role. I am working using the methods that I developed during my doctoral studies in my work which gives a lot of satisfaction and thrill. When the scientifically developed approaches are tested in the harsh ground realities, it provides a lot of fuel to grow into a better engineer. There are always many areas of improvement with each process, even in a well-established field like metal cutting, and I am continuing to learn and develop new things within my doctoral research area.”
